Unfortunately, you can't mutate the allthemodium bee into itself (with the allthemodium honey block) or into the vibranium (with the vibranium block). This is suppose to work, but it's broken. Once you find your first piece make the teleporter pad then place it in the nether to get to the other dimension. There you will find Dragon dens that are full of allthemodium. Just make sure you have an invisibility potions charm and some way of flying away in case you accidentally wake the Dragon.
